Wind Tunnel Specification
The Brawn GP wind tunnel is a closed single return tunnel with a ¾ open jet working section and moving ground plane. The air is circulated via a 3.79m diameter fan driven by a 617kW variable speed dc motor. To straighten and settle the air flow a combination of honeycomb wall, with 10mm core and two, stainless steel settling screens are used.
